Confidence Plus Insurance Services, a Stockton-based firm that offers insurance services and financial consultation to residential and commercial clients throughout central California, is initiating a charity event with the goal of raising support and gift donations for the regional Toys For Tots program.
The Toys For Tots program of San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties provides children from underprivileged families in the area with holiday gifts that their parents might not otherwise be able to afford. All gifts donated during the charity drive to support the SJSC chapter of Toys For Tots will go to qualifying families in the central California region.
“More than 20% of the children in our area are members of families facing financial hardship, and the Toys For Tots program is an excellent way for our community to help brighten the holidays for these kids,” says Dean Shibler, the founder and acting manager of Confidence Plus Insurance Services.
